He met with Dana to discuss the status of Fannie’s rebuilding effort, his views on the future of the market for independent mortgage bankers, and Fannie’s newest products and opportunities.
Dana Gompers with FHA Commissioner Brian Montgomery. Commissioner Montgomery is a former senior White House official who was appointed by President Bush last year. Under his leadership, the administration has embarked on an ambitious effort to modernize FHA. Commissioner Montgomery met with Dana to discuss his efforts to strengthen FHA.
