Matt Steinmetz, Senior Mortgage Banker After graduating college with a Bachelors of Science and a minor in Business Administration, Matt joined his father in the mortgage business. Learning from one of the 15 people to be named by the California Association of Mortgage Brokers as a Mortgage Superstar, Matt was able to see exactly what it takes to succeed. He thoroughly enjoys helping people obtain the dream of home ownership and continues on with his education through industry related courses and reading materials. In April of 2007, he took over his father’s business and role as a partner in Vanguard Financial Ltd. That same month they made the transition from Brokers to Mortgage Bankers. “Now as a Mortgage Banker with Envoy Mortgage we have more tools to succeed. “ This gives the ability to lend in multiple states and have the backing of a well financed and experienced lending institution. “This means we have even more outlets for finding the best financing for our clients, with a vast array of lenders and loan programs to fit client’s needs.” “I plan on continuing my education, and to stay abreast to the newest ideas and loan programs.
